Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your order to get a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods, if you can justify that the product does not comply with the "Consumers' rights", as established by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), by not being: of acceptable quality, fit for its advertised purpose, true to its description or to the demonstration model. The fact that "you changed your mind" cannot justify a refund. Due to the unique nature of our products, SaLu Gallery cannot guarantee a replacement for wear and tear. However, you can always contact us with your product-related issues, and we'll do our best to find a solution.

To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision with a clear justification in your statement. Upon agreement on a refund, we will provide you with the return address for the goods.

We will reimburse you within 20 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a tracked and insured mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their address to give it to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
